Legal & company information
Scope and contracting party
These Terms apply to the LevelWhale website, accounts, catalog, orders, communications, marketplace functions and related support. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to the version presented at that time.
Unless the checkout expressly identifies a different seller, the LevelWhale operator is the customer-facing contracting party and payment recipient. Boosters and sellers may perform all or part of an order as independent service providers, but their allocation does not remove the operator's obligations to the customer.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter the contract. Information supplied to us must be accurate and kept current. One person may not use another person's account without authorization.
Keep your LevelWhale credentials confidential, use available security controls and notify support promptly of suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity you authorize, but this does not make you responsible for activity caused by our breach or by rights that mandatory law assigns to us.
- Do not buy, sell, share or automate access to LevelWhale accounts.
- Do not impersonate another person or submit false payment, identity, order or completion information.
- Role permissions for customers, boosters, sellers and staff must not be bypassed.
Services, offers and order formation
The service page, selected options, offer, quoted total, fulfilment estimate and checkout confirmation form part of the contract. Review and correct the cart, character details, schedule, account-access method and payment method before selecting the button that states the payment obligation.
An order is submitted when you select the payment button and becomes binding when payment is confirmed and we issue electronic confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order before performance if the service is unavailable, unlawful, mispriced due to an obvious technical error, outside disclosed restrictions or cannot be performed safely. Any amount captured for a rejected order is returned.
Prices, payments and transaction security
The checkout shows the total price, currency, taxes and any permitted additional charge before payment. Digital fulfilment has no physical shipping fee. We do not add a fee merely because a customer chooses a card. Currency conversion or issuer fees, if any, are imposed independently and should be shown by the relevant provider.
Available payment methods are displayed before purchase and are processed by the payment provider shown in the payment flow. Card credentials must be entered only on the provider's secure hosted interface. LevelWhale does not request or store full card numbers, expiry dates or card security codes. Never provide them in chat or an order field.
A callback or pending screen is not final proof of payment. We confirm payment server-side before treating the order as paid. Unauthorized or incorrect payment transactions should be reported promptly to support and to the payment provider; merchant refund and consumer remedies remain available independently of a card dispute.
Early performance and withdrawal
Digital gaming services are normally requested for performance before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. Checkout therefore asks separately for your express request to begin early and for your acknowledgement that the statutory withdrawal right is lost after the service has been fully performed.
Before full performance, withdrawal, cancellation and refund rights are governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory law. We do not apply a blanket 'all sales final when work starts' rule. Any exception for personalized services or delivered digital content applies only where the legal conditions are met and was disclosed before purchase.
Fulfilment and customer cooperation
The Fulfilment Policy explains start conditions, delivery methods, evidence and delays. Estimates are not guarantees unless the order expressly says otherwise. The customer must provide accurate requirements, be available for agreed self-play sessions and respond within a reasonable time to information needed for performance.
A material customer-caused delay may pause the estimate. We will not expand the paid scope or add a charge without the customer's express agreement.
Game accounts, credentials and publisher rules
A service may be coaching/self-play, assisted play or account-play. The method must be disclosed in the service or order. Where account access is necessary, share only the minimum game-account credential through the designated secure flow and only with the assigned provider. We never need your banking password, email-account password or card security code.
Third-party game publishers may restrict boosting, account sharing, automation, trading or particular methods. LevelWhale is independent of publishers and cannot promise zero detection, zero suspension risk or a guaranteed rank. You remain responsible for deciding whether a selected method is acceptable under the rules applicable to your game.
- Do not place bank, email or payment credentials in order notes or chat.
- Use 2FA or temporary credentials where the disclosed service method supports them.
- After account-play, review active sessions and change the temporary password.
Completion, acceptance and service disputes
Providers must record relevant progress and completion evidence. A customer should review a completion request promptly and report a specific shortfall with available evidence. Silence or an automated status does not waive defects that could not reasonably have been identified at that time.
Support may pause settlement, review order records and communications, request proportionate evidence, require correction or replacement, reduce the price, or approve a partial or full refund. Mandatory consumer remedies always prevail.
Marketplace content and acceptable use
Offers, reviews, messages and uploaded material must be accurate, relevant and lawful. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display and moderate it for operating, protecting and promoting the platform. You retain ownership of your original content.
We may remove prohibited content, restrict an offer or suspend an account after a proportionate review, including where needed to prevent fraud, malware, harassment, rights infringement, platform circumvention or unlawful transactions.
- No automation, cheats, exploits, stolen assets, fraud, laundering, fictitious transactions or services that will not actually be supplied.
- No requests to move an order or payment off-platform, manipulate reviews or evade fees and safeguards.
- No infringement of intellectual property or misleading claim of publisher affiliation.
Seller and booster service rules
These additional rules apply to sellers and boosters who list, claim, auto-claim, perform, release or complete an order. They supplement role-specific instructions shown before an action is confirmed.
- Perform only the accepted scope, selected options, schedule and disclosed delivery method; do not substitute unsafe or unauthorized methods.
- Claim Now assigns the order at the reward displayed at confirmation. Auto Claim is a binding instruction to accept if the public reward reaches the selected target while the rule remains active.
- Keep customer and credential data confidential, use it only for the assigned order and never request payment, banking or email credentials.
- Record truthful progress and completion evidence, communicate delays promptly and do not pressure a customer to confirm incomplete work.
- Release, no-show, confirmed defect, refund or chargeback may pause or reduce payout, cause a proportionate clawback and affect eligibility after support review.
- Do not circumvent the platform, manipulate auctions, coordinate prices, self-deal, create fictitious orders or direct customers to off-platform payment.
Preview mode and payment simulation
Preview mode is a read-only demonstration for authorized viewers. Catalog entries, users, orders, balances, administrative data and outcomes shown there may be fixed or simulated. Preview actions do not create a production order, provider obligation or real payment.
The preview payment confirmation window is an internal simulator even when styled like a familiar hosted checkout. It must not request card credentials, create an authorization or charge money. A simulated approval or decline has no financial effect.
Intellectual property and independence
The LevelWhale software, design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Limited use of the site is granted only for its intended functions. Scraping, reverse engineering, copying protected assets or using our marks without permission is prohibited except where mandatory law allows it.
Game titles, artwork and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Their descriptive use does not imply affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request account closure, subject to unresolved orders, financial records and legal retention duties. We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, investigation, legal compliance or protection of users.
Except for urgent fraud or security cases, we aim to give notice and an opportunity to respond before a lasting restriction. Termination does not erase accrued payment, refund, confidentiality, evidence-preservation or dispute obligations.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
We are responsible for providing the contracted service with professional care and for remedies required by mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss not caused by its breach. Publisher enforcement, internet outages and third-party platform changes are not automatically our fault, but we remain responsible for reasonable mitigation and for any remedy owed for an undelivered contracted result.
Complaints, applicable law and changes
Send complaints to support with the order number and requested remedy. We will acknowledge the complaint, investigate both sides and provide a reasoned outcome within a reasonable period. A customer may also use any competent consumer authority, data regulator, payment-provider dispute route or court available under mandatory law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under other applicable law. Courts at the operator's registered office have non-exclusive jurisdiction where mandatory law does not provide another forum.
We may update these Terms prospectively for legal, security or service changes. The version accepted for an existing order continues to govern that order unless a mandatory change applies or the parties expressly agree otherwise.
