Service Fulfilment Policy

How paid digital services are assigned, started, performed and confirmed. LevelWhale does not ship physical goods.

Effective: 4 August 2026Document set: 2026-08-04
01

Digital delivery and fees

LevelWhale supplies digital gaming services, coaching and eligible in-game marketplace delivery. No physical product is shipped and there is no physical delivery fee. The total price and any permitted service option charge are shown before payment.

The service page and order confirmation identify the purchased scope, delivery method, options, quantity, schedule or estimate and any territorial or platform restriction.

02

When fulfilment starts

Fulfilment starts after payment is confirmed, required order information is supplied, any selected time window is available and a suitable provider is assigned. For early fulfilment, checkout records the customer's express request to begin before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

A pending payment, incomplete character information, unavailable schedule, security concern or missing access may delay assignment. We notify the customer when action is required.

03

Delivery methods

Coaching/self-play is delivered while the customer participates. Assisted play combines customer participation with provider support. Account-play is performed through temporary access to the game account. Marketplace delivery may occur through a disclosed in-game transfer or another method shown in the offer.

The provider must use the method purchased. A material method change requires the customer's agreement and cannot introduce a hidden charge or an undisclosed account risk.

04

Timeframes and scheduling

The catalog, offer or checkout shows an estimated start or completion range where available. An estimate is a planning range, not an absolute guarantee, unless the order expressly labels a deadline as guaranteed. Time is measured from satisfaction of the start conditions, not merely from cart creation.

If a provider delay is material, we give an updated estimate and, where appropriate, assign another provider. If an agreed deadline is missed, the customer may provide a reasonable additional period or use the remedies in the Refund Policy when an additional period would be pointless.

05

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate character, region, platform, rank and option details; attend agreed self-play sessions; keep required game access available; and answer relevant questions within a reasonable time. Do not share banking or email credentials.

A customer-caused pause stops the estimate for the affected period. We contact the customer before treating an order as blocked and do not mark undelivered scope complete solely because the customer was briefly unavailable.

06

Completion and proof of fulfilment

Completion is determined against the purchased result and options. Depending on the service, evidence may include game progress, session records, in-game transfer confirmation, customer messages or a completion action. We minimize personal data in that evidence.

The customer can report a shortfall before confirming or after confirmation if the defect was not reasonably apparent. Support may reopen the order, require correction or apply the Refund Policy.

07

Restrictions and unavailability

Publisher maintenance, region locks, platform outages, changed game mechanics, security incidents or publisher enforcement may affect delivery. We will not substitute prohibited automation or promise that publisher sanctions are impossible.

If the contracted scope becomes unavailable, we offer a lawful equivalent only with the customer's agreement or cancel the undelivered scope and refund it.

08

Preview fulfilment

Preview catalog timeframes, assignments, progress and completion are demonstrations. No provider is assigned, no digital item is transferred and no production service obligation arises from a preview action.
